Q: Explain your 100% money-back guarantee
A: Although I think that the paid memberships represent incredible value for money - and hope that you will agree - I am still offering you a 100% 60-day money back guarantee. If at any time within that 60 day period, you feel that you have not got excellent value for your membership fee, get in touch via the help desk and ask for a refund. I would advise you to take a free Bronze membership before you opt in to a paid membership, simply because it lets you see how the site works before you even have to think about paying any fees. I would always prefer to listen to feedback and try to improve the site in case you do feel that you require a refund, so I would be grateful for the chance to put things right first if you are considering a refund request.

Q: How do I get free Gold Member access to your next Giveaway?
A: This is done manually, and you need to send me an email at giveaway@web-work-at-home.com when you are ready to take part in one of my Giveaway events. You will need to send the email from the account that is connected with your First-JV-Coach.com membership and include your username. I will set up your free account manually for you and confirm by email when that is done.

Q: How long does membership last?
A: All memberships of First-JV-Coach.com last for a guaranteed period of 1 year, and then beyond that for the lifetime of the website. This is not yet a recurring fee membership site, so your payment entitles you to access all the products within the site and they can all be downloaded, saved and used as per each license restriction. I reserve the right to close the site in the future, should it become necessary ... as do all website hosts. If that happens, you will get plenty of warning and will be able to make sure everything is downloaded and saved beforehand. However, this is small print for your information.

A: You will see that licence information and rights details are included with each item that you download.
